To set up your iPhone or iPad to make the most of this feature, follow the steps below.
Choose the items you would like to sync on your phone, such as calendar, contacts, etc then tap Save
Under Settings, go to Mail > Accounts and choose Add Account
Choose Exchange from the list of accounts
On the next screen enter your email address and password and a mailbox description (eg Work email), then tap Next
You may get a warning message “Cannot Verify Server Identity” – this is safe to ignore, just tap Continue
In the Server box type in syd1.email-hosting.net.au
In the Username box type in your email address again, then tap Next
